MandE2.0 Guidance
Welcome to the Mande2.0 Documentation! MandE2.0 is a custom-built web application for the LHSS Project that manages all of our project implementation data for all of LHSS. It serves 3 main purposes:
- Project Progress and Performance Tracking: Since LHSS could potentially have over 50+countries and Activities buying into it, MandE2.0 is an interactive system for documenting and tracking progress across these different Activities. Country teams enter yearly workplans, high-level budgets, results frameworks, and indicators, and the system aggregates this information to create live dashboards that managers can use to quickly see what is happening throughout the project.
- Report Catalog: All Quarterly and Annual reports are organized and saved in MandE2.0 for future referencing.
- Storage of Project Files and Deliverables Transmission: Deliverables are finalized and transmitted through MandE2.0 under each Activity task. MadnE2.0 is a useful repository for project-related files and documents that can be accessed by anyone affiliated with the project.
These 3 activities and how to access them are highlighted in the image below.
Ultimately, MandE2.0 will be used by a variety of staff on the LHSS project including:
- Country teams, who will enter in workplans, progress notes, updates to tasks and deliverables, overall data and outputs from their projects,
- Managers who will view dashboards and progress notes to get a sense of what is happening within projects and across projects,
- LHSS partners who may want to see the data collected, final deliverables, progress of their affiliated activities, and completed reports, and
- By the USAID client, as achievements of results and indicators are coalesced from the data in MandE2.0 and shared with USAID through annual reports and other summaries. Final Deliverables are transmitted through the site to the client.
